How do I know if my item is damaged? Each pillow is handmade in Sweden. In the unlikely event your item has a production defect, we are here and ready to help you.
Can I refund my payment? You can receive a refund of your payment up to 90 days after the purchase date (the date you made your order).
How can I return an item? You must notify us within 90 days of receiving your order, that something is wrong with your item and you wish to return it. After 90 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards can not be returned and/or refunded.

My pillow does not fit me, how can I get it resized? If your pillow does not fit, you can simply adjust it by adding or remove the Kapok filling. See here video link on how to do that [link here].
Where should I send my returned items? You should post your item using priority tracked shipping only to:

You should also include a note and copy of your order email, proof of purchase and contact details.
Who is responsible for shipping a return item? You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Who is responsible if a return item goes missing? We do not accept responsibility for the shipping and safe transit of your returned item. We therefore recommend you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.
I have returned the item, what happens next? Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 working days.
The refund is not yet showing in my account? If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
